Engineering support for OEM and Tier-1 programmes.

Antrieb Systems provides specialist automotive engineering support for OEM and Tier-1 programmes, from system definition and embedded controls through calibration, integration, verification, validation and engineering closure.

  • Automotive OEMs and motorcycle manufacturers
  • Tier-1 powertrain, driveline and vehicle-system suppliers
  • Specialist and low-volume vehicle manufacturers
  • Engineering consultancies seeking specialist vehicle-development resource

Support can be embedded with an existing programme team or commissioned as a defined engineering work package with agreed scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria.

Product Development Engineering Across the V-Cycle

Antrieb Systems supports automotive OEM and Tier-1 development programmes across the engineering V-cycle, from early system definition through controls and calibration development to verification, vehicle validation and engineering closure.

Support can be provided as embedded engineering resource or as a defined work package, with clear requirements, objective test evidence and engineering traceability throughout the development process.

02

Controls & Calibration Engineering

Core capability

Develop and refine powertrain, driveline and embedded vehicle-control functions against defined system behaviour. Calibration work is assessed against objective measurements, function intent and vehicle response.

  • Powertrain, driveline and vehicle controls
  • ECU calibration development and refinement
  • Torque management and transmission shift strategy
  • Control-function and system integration support
  • Calibration assessment against vehicle behaviour
  • CAN signal review and function monitoring

For competition applications, see motorcycle race ECU and rider-aid calibration, where controls development is assessed alongside motorcycle dynamics and track data.

03

Verification & Vehicle Validation

Translate defined test cases into practical test plans, instrumentation and repeatable procedures. Review results against the intended function, requirement and acceptance criteria, then identify evidence gaps or required follow-up.

  • Bench, subsystem and vehicle test execution
  • Test-case review, procedure writing and test planning
  • Instrumentation selection and data-acquisition setup
  • Requirements-based result assessment
  • Calibration and whole-vehicle assessment
  • Test evidence, findings and technical reporting
04

Data, Fault Investigation & Closure

Combine vehicle measurements, CAN traces, diagnostic information and rider or operator observations to reproduce issues and test fault hypotheses. Findings are linked to corrective action, re-test needs and the remaining evidence required for closure.

  • CAN and logged vehicle-data analysis
  • Correlation of subjective reports with measured behaviour
  • Fault reproduction and root-cause investigation
  • Evidence-based corrective-action proposals
  • Re-test planning and result review
  • Issue records, technical findings and closure evidence

Embedded resource or defined work package.

Customers can add specialist capacity to an existing team or commission a defined technical deliverable.

Quality, traceability and confidentiality.

Quality & traceability

Antrieb Systems is developing documented engineering and quality-management processes with reference to ISO 9001 principles. No certification is claimed to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 26262 or ISO/SAE 21434. Where a programme requires functional-safety or cybersecurity processes, scope, responsibilities and required evidence must be agreed against the customer’s process before work is accepted.

Project outputs can include controlled requirements, configuration and change records, test results with source evidence, and a technical report for customer review and acceptance.

Confidentiality

Before detailed project information is exchanged, agree NDA status, approved transfer and storage arrangements, authorised access, and retention or return requirements. An NDA can be established before confidential technical information is shared.

The public enquiry form is for initial contact and high-level scope only. Do not include confidential technical information or attach project files.

Production development and motorcycle test experience.

The work draws on production powertrain and driveline controls engineering. Motorcycle development and high-performance test experience inform vehicle-level validation; motorsport remains relevant experience, while work is delivered to the agreed customer programme scope and processes.

Project records can include requirements, configuration and change history, test evidence and technical reporting in the format agreed with the customer.

Discuss an Engineering Requirement

Share enough context to arrange an initial discussion. Please keep technical detail at a broad, non-confidential level until an appropriate information-sharing arrangement is in place.

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary or programme-sensitive information through this form. An NDA can be established before detailed technical information is exchanged.
