Antrieb Race Systems provides motorcycle race data analysis for riders and teams who want to understand not just what happened on track, but why.
Using logged data alongside rider feedback, bike setup and track context, we identify where lap time is being lost, separate rider limitations from machine limitations, and turn the evidence into clear actions for the next session.
We work with data from systems including AIM, MoTeC and 2D, covering everything from basic GPS and ECU channels through to suspension, brake pressure and wheel-speed analysis.
Data Analysis That Leads to Decisions
A fast lap is the result of hundreds of interconnected events.
Looking at a speed trace alone rarely tells the full story.
Antrieb combines multiple channels and evidence sources to understand the complete corner sequence:

Rather than simply highlighting where one lap differs from another, the objective is to determine what caused the difference and what should be changed next.

AIM, MoTeC and 2D
Antrieb supports commonly used motorcycle data-acquisition platforms including AIM RaceStudio, MoTeC and 2D.
From a simple GPS logger through to a fully instrumented race motorcycle, we can help specify a system appropriate to the rider, machine and objective.
More importantly, we can help make sure the information it produces can actually be turned into decisions.
Analysis can range from straightforward lap and sector comparison through to detailed channel analysis and correlation between rider input, motorcycle behaviour and lap-time performance.
Support can also include reviewing logger configuration and identifying useful additional channels where the available data is not sufficient to answer the engineering question.
Rider Performance Analysis
Logged data can provide an objective view of how a rider is using the motorcycle.
We analyse areas including:
- Braking points
- Brake pressure
- Deceleration
- Brake release
- Corner entry speed
- Minimum speed
- Throttle application
- Racing line and consistency
- Exit acceleration
Lap overlays and individual channels can then be used to identify where time is genuinely available rather than simply chasing the largest difference on a trace.
The objective is to give the rider specific, actionable feedback rather than overwhelm them with information.
Motorcycle Setup & Chassis Diagnosis
A rider feeling a problem does not automatically mean that the first apparent cause is the correct one.
For example, a rider who cannot open the throttle early may be experiencing a line problem, rear grip limitation, geometry issue, suspension behaviour, engine-braking characteristic or electronics intervention.
Antrieb combines rider feedback with measured evidence to build and test competing explanations before recommending a change.
Where suitable data is available, analysis can include suspension movement, wheel-speed behaviour, longitudinal and lateral acceleration, brake pressure, throttle position and ECU channels.
This helps prevent the common cycle of making setup changes based on symptoms rather than identifying the root cause.
Trackside Engineering Support
Antrieb can provide on-site engineering support ranging from focused data and electronics assistance through to full race-team technical leadership.
Support can be tailored to the level required.
That may mean helping a rider interpret data between sessions, configuring data and control systems, working through engine or electronics calibration, supporting chassis and setup decisions, or taking responsibility for the complete technical direction of a race weekend.

Remote analysis can also provide independent engineering input when a rider or team wants another perspective on a persistent problem.
